Important Instructions for CMHO Mungeli District Recruitment 2026 Candidates
- Online applications only – no other mode of application will be accepted; applications incomplete in any respect will be summarily rejected without prior notice.
- Candidates must be permanent residents (domicile) of Chhattisgarh; domicile proof issued by a competent authority is mandatory.
- All posts are purely contractual in nature under NHM Chhattisgarh HR Policy 2018. Contract period is up to 31 March 2027, extendable based on satisfactory performance and GOI/ROP approval.
- Candidates can apply for a maximum of three posts; combined fee for all applied posts must be paid in a single UPI transaction.
- Application fee payment via QR Code scan is mandatory; the UTR transaction number and date must be entered in the online form and a payment screenshot uploaded.
- Applications with incorrect or false information will be summarily rejected; candidates will be personally responsible for any such errors.
- All educational qualifications, experience, and registrations must be complete as on the date of notification.
- Experience certificates will only be accepted from Government, Semi-Government, and Government-funded institutions. Voluntary/honorary experience will not be considered.
- Experience marks will be given for a maximum of 5 years only. At least 12 months in a single organization counts as one year.
- For experience marks, the last 6 months’ salary slips and appointment letter must be attached with the application; otherwise experience marks will not be awarded.
- Candidates currently working in Government/Semi-Government organizations must submit an NOC from their employer at the time of document verification.
- For OBC candidates, a permanent caste certificate from a competent authority must be submitted; if not provided, the candidate will be treated as Unreserved.
- For PwD candidates, a disability certificate showing a minimum 40% disability from a Medical Board is mandatory. For nursing cadre posts, only OL (One Leg) disability is eligible.
