- Learn and understand the complete US IT Staffing and Bench Sales process.
- Assist in marketing bench consultants to vendors and potential clients across the US market.
- Coordinate with vendors, recruiters, and internal teams to support staffing requirements.
- Support consultant profile submissions through job portals, emails, and other recruitment channels.
- Maintain daily reports on submissions, follow-ups, and candidate activities.
- Develop a basic understanding of US visa classifications, tax terms, and recruitment portals.
- Build professional relationships with vendors and clients to support business growth.
