How to Check NCHMCT Round 1 Seat Allotment Result 2026
Downloading your allotment letter is pretty straightforward. Just follow these steps:
- Visit the official counselling portal: admissions.nic.in/NCHM
- Click on the login section for candidates
- Enter your Roll Number and Password (the same credentials you used during registration)
- Once logged in, look for the “Seat Allotment Result” or “Download Allotment Letter” link on your dashboard
- Check your allotted institute, course, and seat status
- Download and print the provisional allotment letter for future reference
The allotment letter will include your personal details (name, father’s name, category), rank information, and the institute you’ve been allotted to

This year, NCHMCT is offering admissions to the BSc HHA programme across 80 institutes with a total of 12,627 seats:
- Central Government Colleges 23 colleges, 6,957 seats
- State Government Colleges 32 colleges, 3,246 seats
- Private Colleges 25 colleges, 2,424 seats
Admissions are strictly based on seat allotment and the choice preferences you submitted during counselling registration
What If You Don’t Get a Seat in Round 1?
Don’t panic if you’re not allotted a seat this round. The vacancy list will be published on June 11, 2026, and Round 2 registration opens from June 12–14, 2026
Round 2 is your last chance the final seat allotment result comes out on June 16, 2026. After that, there won’t be any more counselling rounds for this academic year.
