- Under-Graduate Internship: VII & VIII semesters of B.Tech.
- Post-Graduate Internship: IInd year M.Tech. / M.Sc.
- General: Engineering and Science (Physics/Chemistry only), full-time course in the respective discipline from a recognized Indian University/Institute (Final year students only).

- Maximum Age Limit: 28 Years
DRDO RCI Recruitment 2026 – Salary / Stipend
- Rs. 5,000/- per month for a minimum period of 06 months.
- Payment in two installments: first after 03 months, second after completion of 06 months.
- M.Tech/M.Sc project internship can be extended by 4-6 months without stipend.
