Eligible Categories of Employees

The following categories of permanent employees are eligible for departmental selection:

• DR Category – Categories I, II, III, IV, V and VI
• DR Excavation Grade – E
• MR T&S Grade – D, E, F, G and H
• Clerk Grade – I, II and III

Educational Qualification

• Matriculation / 10th Pass under 10+2 system or equivalent.
• OR Matriculation with ITI Certificate in Electronics or equivalent trade.
• Candidates must fulfill the cadre scheme requirements applicable to the post.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a permanent and regular employee of SECL.
• Employees with at least one year service in Cat. IV / Technical & Supervisory Grade E and above with aptitude for telecom discipline are eligible.
• Cut-off date for eligibility is 31-05-2026.
• Only employees fulfilling all eligibility conditions prescribed in the cadre scheme can participate.
• Employees already appointed in higher grades are generally not eligible unless otherwise permitted under cadre rules.

Attendance Requirement

• Applicants must have completed the prescribed attendance requirements during the calendar year 2025 and the year 2026 up to the notified period.
• Attendance records will be verified through SAP and official service records.
