A total of 150 seats are available under the GET Program 3.0. An additional waitlist of up to 50 candidates shall be prepared. Candidates shall be given opportunity in sequential order of merit. The number of seats is liable to change at the discretion of MPSeDC.
Note: Waitlist does not make the candidate eligible for selection. Waitlist criteria shall be seen in an independent manner for each exam. In case of a No Show within 15 days of the joining date, the candidature will be nullified without any notification and the next waitlist candidate will be given the opportunity.
MPSeDC GET Program 3.0 – Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions at the time of the notification of advertisement. Only Indian Nationals are eligible. Diploma or PG Diploma holders are not eligible. The degree-awarding date and the advertisement notification date must not be separated by more than 1 year (365 days).

MPSeDC GET Program 3.0 – Selection Process
Selection is strictly based on performance in the online examination. There are no other means by which candidates would be onboarded for training.
- Step 1 – Online Examination: Conducted by MP Online Ltd. on 01-Jul-2026. Consists of 85 MCQs + 15 Programming Questions. Duration: 3 hours (180 minutes). Minimum qualifying marks: 35%. Candidates scoring less than 35% shall be rejected.
- Step 2 – Merit List Preparation: Top 150 candidates based on examination score are selected. Remaining qualified candidates are kept in a waitlist of up to 50 candidates in sequential order of merit.
- Step 3 – Document Verification: Selected candidates undergo document verification at MPSeDC before joining. Documents including identity proof, marksheets, and degree certificates are verified. Joining letter is issued only to those whose documents are found complete and in order.
- Step 4 – Joining: Candidates who have completed graduation must join within 15 days of the Joining Letter. Final semester candidates must join within 15 days of completion of final exams. No-show within 15 days leads to automatic nullification of candidature.
- Step 5 – Mid-Training Assessment: Performance reviewed at end of 6 months (Half Yearly Assessment) and end of 12 months (Yearly Assessment). Only those scoring above the threshold are retained. Others are disassociated after being issued a certificate.
- Certificate: Training certificate awarded only to candidates who complete at least 3 months. Candidates leaving before 6 months are NOT entitled to receive a certificate.

Who Should NOT Apply for MPSeDC GET Program 3.0
- Candidates who hold only a Diploma or PG Diploma – these are explicitly excluded from this program regardless of their field or marks.
- Candidates whose degree was awarded more than 1 year (365 days) before the advertisement notification date – the gap between degree award and advertisement must not exceed 365 days.
- Candidates who did not complete their qualifying degree from a Madhya Pradesh institution – both domicile and non-domicile candidates are eligible but the degree must be from an MP college/university.
- Candidates above 30 years of age or below 18 years at the time of the advertisement notification.
- Candidates from colleges/universities not recognized or accredited with AICTE/UGC – degrees from unrecognized institutions are not acceptable.
- Candidates who cannot arrange and use their own laptop during the 1-year training period at Bhopal – no laptop is provided by MPSeDC.
- Candidates not willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with MPSeDC before joining.
- Candidates who cannot commit to the 1-year training period at Bhopal and are unwilling to relocate.
- Candidates expecting insurance, medical benefits, or TA/DA for exam travel – these are not provided under this program.
- Non-Indian nationals – only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
Common Mistakes / What to Check Before Applying
- Not verifying whether your college is AICTE/UGC accredited before applying – degrees from unrecognized institutions will be rejected at document verification.
- Checking the 365-day rule carefully – if more than a year has passed since your degree was awarded, you are ineligible regardless of other qualifications.
- Uploading a passport-size photograph older than 6 months from the date of the advertisement – only recent photographs (not older than 6 months) are acceptable.
- Using any document other than High School (10th) certificate as age proof – only High School certificate is accepted as proof of age; other certificates will not be accepted.
- Final semester candidates not uploading their provisional degree/marksheet within 2 months of joining – this leads to automatic cancellation of candidature.
- Not submitting self-attested copies of all educational documents – unclear, unattested, or tampered documents lead to rejection and possible criminal prosecution.
- Selecting duplicate choices for exam center preferences – duplicate choices are not acceptable; 4 different center preferences must be provided.
- Expecting a fee refund – the application fee of Rs. 800/- is non-refundable under any circumstances, including exam cancellation or disqualification.
- Applying through any means other than the MP Online Portal (https://iforms.mponline.gov.in) – no hard copy or other mode of application is accepted.
- Not joining within 15 days of the Joining Letter – failure to join within 15 days leads to automatic nullification of candidature without any notice.

Important Instructions for MPSeDC GET Program 3.0 Candidates
- Application must be submitted through MP Online Portal (www.mponline.gov.in) only – no other mode is accepted.
- Clear scanned and self-attested copies of all documents must be uploaded – blurry, tampered, or incomplete documents will lead to rejection.
- High School certificate is the only accepted proof of age – Aadhaar, PAN, or other documents will not be accepted as age proof.
- Candidates in final semester may apply but must submit their provisional degree/marksheet to MPSeDC within 2 months of joining – failure to do so results in cancellation of candidature.
- Any wrong or incomplete information furnished at any stage will lead to cancellation of candidature without notice. Candidates are liable for criminal prosecution for submitting false documents, impersonation, or use of unfair means.
- Candidates must sign an NDA with MPSeDC before joining – non-signing is grounds for cancellation of joining.
- Trainees must use their own laptop throughout the 1-year training period – no laptop will be provided.
- Only 1 Casual Leave per month is permitted; no leave encashment. LWP of maximum 3 days per month may be granted in exceptional cases.
- GETs who voluntarily exit must give 1 month notice period before exit.
- MPSeDC reserves the right to cancel or discontinue the training program at any point of time without assigning any reason.
- All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts of Bhopal.
