The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) has officially released the final list of rejected applications for Teacher Educator and Instructor posts under the Combined Post Graduate Level Recruitment Examination 2025 (Advertisement No. 5915/OSSC dated 30.12.2025). The rejection list was published on 9 June 2026 vide Notice No. IIE-45/2025-1951/OSSC, and covers candidates who failed to submit the requisite qualifications prescribed for their respective posts.

The OSSC Combined Post Graduate Level Recruitment Examination 2025 was advertised on 30 December 2025 to fill Teacher Educator and Instructor vacancies across multiple subject areas in Odisha. The recruitment covers posts such as Teacher Educator in Foundation Course, Science, History, Economics, Political Science, Mathematics, Odia, and English, along with Physical Education Instructor and Art Education Instructor.
In continuation of Notice No. 1735/OSSC dated 25.05.2026, the commission has now issued this final rejection list for candidates who did not meet the prescribed qualification criteria.

- Non-submission of M.Ed Certificate for Teacher Educator in Science, History, Economics, Political Science, Mathematics, Odia, and English posts
- Non-submission of subject-specific MA/M.Sc degree certificates alongside M.Ed for subject-specific Teacher Educator posts
- Non-submission of M.P.Ed Certificate for Physical Education Instructor
- Non-submission of Master’s Degree in Fine Arts or Performing Arts certificate for Art Education Instructor
- PwD Category-III and Category-IV ineligibility for the Art Education Instructor post as prescribed under Clause 2(b) of the advertisement
- Relevant educational qualification certificates not uploaded at all
OSSC Teacher Educator in Foundation Course – Rejected Candidates List
This is the largest section of the rejection notice, containing 361 rejected candidates. The overwhelming majority were rejected for not submitting their Post-Graduation Degree in Education, Philosophy, Sociology, or Psychology along with the required pass certificate and marksheet. A small number were rejected for non-submission of B.Ed/B.El.Ed/D.El.Ed/M.Phil in Education or Ph.D in Education certificates, and one candidate was rejected for scoring below 50% in their Post-Graduation Degree.
