A total of 62 vacancies have been announced across five airport locations — Tirupati, Trichy, Madurai, Bhubaneswar, and Udaipur.
AAICLAS has been set up to manage the development of air cargo business at airports and is a professionally driven service enterprise with a vision to emerge as the largest integrated cargo logistics and ground handling operator in the country. Stage 1 – Application Screening
Online applications will be screened based on eligibility criteria. Candidates with higher percentage of marks at Graduation level will be called first for the online interaction in a phased manner, subject to availability of vacancies at the particular station/location.
Stage 2 – Online Interaction (Interview)
Eligible candidates will be called for an online interaction. The date, time, and venue/mode will be intimated through registered Email ID and by uploading a circular on the AAICLAS website www.aaiclas.aero. Selection will be done according to the merit list prepared on the basis of marks secured in the interview. Merely appearing in the interview does not reserve any right for selection.
Note: No TA/DA or reimbursement shall be made by AAICLAS for appearing in the selection process.
AAICLAS Assistant (Security) Recruitment 2026 – Emoluments / Pay Scale

AAICLAS Assistant (Security) Recruitment 2026 – Important Instructions
- Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply. Candidates must necessarily produce relevant documents pertaining to nationality, age, and educational qualifications in original at the time of joining.
- All eligibility criteria – age and qualification – are reckoned as on 01.06.2026.
- Only a single application will be accepted from individual candidates. Candidates can apply for a single location only.
- The place of posting can be changed to any other location within India at the sole discretion of AAICLAS Management, which shall be binding.
- In case of closure of any AAICLAS station, the individual has to complete his/her contract at another station as per the company’s requirement.
- The FTC is initially for 3 years; the first year will be treated as probation. Extension or fresh contract will be at the sole discretion of AAICLAS Management, subject to satisfactory performance.
- The contract can be terminated earlier at the discretion of Management during its validity in case of unsatisfactory performance or due to security concerns at the duty point.
- Notice period for resignation is a minimum of 3 months. Candidates resigning with immediate effect will not be issued an experience letter/verification and will have to deposit 3 months’ salary in lieu of the notice period not served.
- All communications regarding this recruitment will be made only through the registered Email ID of candidates and not by post. Candidates must regularly check their registered email.
- Any wrong/false information furnished by the candidate at any stage will result in cancellation of candidature without assigning any reason. If detected after engagement, the engagement will be treated as cancelled and necessary recovery will be made.
- Candidates working in any Government Department/PSU/Autonomous Body must produce a NOC from their present employer.
- Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidate or bringing political or other outside influence with regard to selection shall be considered as Disqualification.
