Punjab & Haryana High Court Recruitment 2026 – 167 Safai Sewak & Mali Vacancies Apply by 30 June

The High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh, has released Advertisement No. 03/SS/ML/HC/2026 inviting online applications for 167 posts of Safai Sewak (75) and Mali (92). Notification published on 09 June 2026, online applications start the same day and close at 11:59 PM on 30 June 2026. Selection will be through interview, followed by document and medical verification. Candidates must be between 18 and 35 years of age as on 30 June 2026 (relaxations apply to PwD and ex-servicemen) and should possess knowledge of Hindi and the regional language.

No formal educational qualification is required, but preference will be given to Mali candidates with a gardening diploma or three years’ gardening experience, and to Safai Sewak candidates with at least three years’ experience as a sweeper. Application fees are Rs. 700 (general/other-state SC/ST/BC) and Rs. 600 for eligible categories; pay online and keep a printout of your submitted application. Educational Qualification

• Candidates must possess knowledge of Hindi and the regional language.

Preference Criteria

For Mali Post

• Preference will be given to candidates possessing a Diploma related to Gardening from a recognized institute.
• Preference will also be given to candidates having at least 3 years of experience as a Gardener.

For Safai Sewak Post

• Preference will be given to candidates having a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Safai Sewak (Sweeper).

The required diploma or experience must be possessed on or before 30 June 2026.
