RRC WR Ratlam Apprentice 2nd Merit List 2026 Out – 276 Candidates Selected for Document Verification on 22-24 June
The RRC WR Ratlam Apprentice 2nd Merit List 2026 has been officially released by the Western Railway, Ratlam Division under Notification No. RRC/WR/04/2025. A total of 276 candidates across 12 ITI trades have been shortlisted for Document Verification (DV), which will be held on 22, 23, and 24 June 2026 at the DRM Office, Ratlam (Establishment Department – EM Section), Second Floor, Near Do Batti, Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh – 457001. This recruitment is being conducted under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961. Candidates whose names appear in the 2nd Merit List have also been notified via email. Physical presence at the DV venue on the allotted date is mandatory — no proxy or rescheduling requests will be entertained.

RRC WR Ratlam Apprentice 2nd Merit List 2026 – DV Schedule (Trade-wise)
The Document Verification for the 276 shortlisted candidates has been spread across 3 days. Each trade has been assigned a specific date to avoid overcrowding. Candidates must report only on their allotted date — no change in date, time, or centre will be considered under any circumstances.
DV Venue – Document Verification Location
Candidates must report at the designated venue well before the reporting time of 10:30 AM. The full address of the Document Verification centre is as follows:

Reporting Time: 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Candidates are advised to visit the venue a day in advance to familiarise themselves with the location, as no TA/DA will be provided for DV attendance. Plan to stay for 1-2 days as the verification process may extend beyond a single day.
Documents Required for RRC WR Ratlam DV 2026
All candidates must bring their original documents along with 2 sets of self-attested photocopies. Incomplete documentation or discrepancies in name, father’s name, date of birth, or marks will result in immediate cancellation of candidature.
The following documents must be carried to the DV venue:
- Printed copy of the Application Form
- SSC (Class 10th) Marksheet or equivalent certificate
- Date of Birth Certificate (10th Marksheet or School Leaving Certificate)
- ITI Consolidated Marksheet (all semesters) or Provisional NTC with marks
- National Trade Certificate (NTC) – NCVT / SCVT, or Provisional NTC
- Caste Certificate – SC/ST candidates: Annexure “B” | OBC candidates: Annexure “C” & “D” (Non-Creamy Layer, valid for 2025-26)
- Discharge/Service Certificate for Ex-Servicemen candidates
- Disability Certificate – Annexure “E” & “F” for PH/Divyang candidates
- 4 Passport Size Photographs (same as uploaded in the application form)
- Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a Gazetted Government Doctor (not below the rank of Assistant Surgeon) – Annexure “G”
- Valid Government Photo ID – Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving Licence
Important Instructions for DV Candidates
Before attending the Document Verification, all candidates must read and comply with the following instructions to avoid cancellation of candidature:
- Candidates must be physically present at the DV venue on their allotted date. Proxy attendance or absence will result in immediate cancellation of candidature.
- No request for change of DV date, time, or centre will be entertained under any circumstances.
- Any mismatch in name, father’s name, date of birth, or marks across documents will lead to candidature cancellation.
- After DV, posts will be allotted to selected candidates strictly as per merit order.
- Waiting List candidates will only be called when a merit-list selected candidate is absent or voluntarily withdraws.
- All travel and accommodation expenses are to be borne by the candidate. No TA/DA will be paid by Western Railway.
- Candidates should plan for a 1-2 day stay at Ratlam, as DV proceedings may extend beyond the single day.
- Violation of any instructions will result in immediate disqualification from the process.
About This Recruitment – RRC/WR/04/2025
This apprentice recruitment is being conducted by Western Railway’s Ratlam Division under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961. The 2nd Merit List follows the earlier 1st Merit List released in May 2026. Candidates shortlisted in this list are either those who were on the waitlist or those being considered for remaining vacant positions. Once the Document Verification is completed and documents are found to be in order, selected candidates will be enrolled as Act Apprentices under the Ratlam Division of Western Railway for the prescribed training period.
