The total rank list comprises 107 candidates, divided as follows:

Differently Abled Candidates’ Rank List (4% Reservation)
KPSC has also released a separate rank list for differently abled candidates, in accordance with the 4% reservation policy for persons with disabilities.
This list is divided into four disability categories:

- Locomotor Disability including CP, LC, Dw, AAV, MDy (DA-LD/CP)
- ASD(M), ID(M), SLD, MI (40%-70%) and Multiple Disabilities (DA-M)
A total of 18 candidates feature across these four disability categories.
Validity Period of the Rank List
Understanding how long a rank list remains valid helps candidates know their chances of receiving an advice memo for appointment.
As per Note (1) of the official notification, the rank list will remain in force till the publication of a new rank list after a minimum of one year, or until three years, whichever is earlier. Advice for appointment depends entirely on vacancy availability reported to the Commission, and inclusion in the rank list does not guarantee a job offer.
