- Copy of the filled Google Application Form submitted at the time of applying
- Profile copy and e-mail copy of the Registration Number at www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in
- High School (10th class) marksheet and certificate
- Intermediate (12th class) marksheet and certificate (if applicable)
- ITI marksheet of all semesters, including the consolidated marksheet
- ITI certificate
- Caste certificate for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates in the format for Government posts – must not be older than 6 months
- EWS certificate (if applicable) – must be issued for the year 2026-27
- PH (Divyang) certificate (if applicable) – must not be older than 6 months if not permanent
- Aadhaar Card
- Latest passport-size colour photograph
- Police Verification Certificate – candidates must apply to their district Superintendent of Police office before reporting for verification. This certificate is mandatory at the time of joining the apprenticeship.
