- M.B.B.S. Degree from a recognized University approved by MCI.
- At least 20 years Post Qualification experience in any Govt./ Semi Govt. Organization/ State PSU/ Central PSU.
- Must have worked in the rank of Chief Medical Officer or above in the organization during his or her entire Service Period.
- Special Officer (Security):
- Retired Officer in the rank of Dy. Superintendent of Police who has worked in different capacities as OCs/ ICs/CIs/ Zonal DSPs/ SDPOs in their career.
