The Madhya Pradesh Employee Selection Board (MPESB) has released the Animal Husbandry and Dairy Technology Diploma Entrance Test (ADDET) 2026 notification on behalf of Nanaji Deshmukh Veterinary Science University (NDVSU), Jabalpur.
Online applications open on 05 June 2026 and close on 19 June 2026 for admission to 2-year Animal Husbandry Diploma (Self-Financed) and Dairy Technology Diploma (Private) courses, with approximately 1,100 seats across government and private colleges. The Computer-Based Test (CBT) will be conducted online in two shifts starting 10 July 2026 at 11 exam centers across Madhya Pradesh.

A total of approximately 1100 seats are available across Government (Self-financed) Animal Husbandry Diploma colleges, Private Animal Husbandry Diploma colleges, and Private Dairy Technology Diploma colleges under NDVSU, Jabalpur.
Government (Self-financed) Animal Husbandry Diploma Colleges – 500 Seats
Private Animal Husbandry Diploma Colleges – 500 Seats
Private Dairy Technology Diploma College – 100 Seats
Note: Seats may increase if new Animal Husbandry / Fishery / Dairy Technology Diploma colleges are permitted by the MP Government or if new private colleges open. Admission to private colleges for session 2026-27 will be given only after affiliation renewal. Colleges that do not renew affiliation will not be included in counselling.
ADDET 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Class 12 (10+2 pattern) from MP Board / CBSE / any recognized State/Central Board with Science subjects (Biology / Mathematics / Agriculture) with a minimum of 50% marks. SC/ST candidates get 5% relaxation (i.e., 45% minimum).
Candidates who have appeared in Class 12 exam in 2026 and are awaiting results are also eligible to apply. However, their selection will only be confirmed if they produce the qualifying marksheet at the time of counselling.
Age Limit: Minimum 17 years as on 31 December 2026. There is no upper age limit mentioned.

The examination will be conducted online (CBT) in two shifts per day starting from 10 July 2026.

ADDET 2026 Selection Process
- Step 1 – Written Exam: MPESB will conduct the online entrance test and prepare a category-wise merit/rank list based on marks scored.
- Step 2 – Merit List: MPESB will prepare and submit the category-wise rank list to NDVSU, Jabalpur.
- Step 3 – Online Counselling: NDVSU will conduct online counselling based on the merit list through the Single Window System. Candidates must register for counselling separately on the university website www.ndvsu.org.
- Step 4 – Document Verification & Fee Payment: Selected candidates must produce original documents at the time of counselling and pay the prescribed fee to confirm admission.
Documents Required for Online Application
Candidates must scan and upload the following documents while filling the online application form. The application will not be accepted without these:
- Step 1 – Color Photograph: Recent color photo (not older than 3 months from application date), with white background, both ears visible, front-facing. Date of photo and candidate’s name must be clearly mentioned on the photo.
- Step 2 – Signature: Clear, full signature in the designated space. Initials, capital letters, or multiple signatures are not acceptable.
- Step 3 – Handwriting Sample: Two lines of handwriting to be written and scanned.
- Step 4 – Date of Birth Proof: Scanned copy of Class 8th / 10th / 12th marksheet as date of birth proof.
- Step 5 – Caste Certificate: For SC/ST/OBC candidates, a caste certificate issued by the competent authority.
- Step 6 – EWS Certificate: For EWS category candidates, a valid EWS certificate from the competent authority.
- Step 7 – Disability Certificate: For PwD candidates, a disability certificate from the competent authority.
How to Apply for ADDET 2026
Eligible candidates must apply online through the MP Online portal before 19 June 2026.
- Step 1 – Visit Official Website: Go to esb.mponline.gov.in or mponline.gov.in and find the ADDET 2026 application link.
- Step 2 – Register / Login: Register using your mobile number and Aadhaar number (mandatory). Login using your credentials.
- Step 3 – Fill Application Form: Enter all required details including personal information, educational qualification, category, domicile, exam city preferences, and photo ID details. Select four preferred exam cities.
- Step 4 – Upload Documents: Scan and upload color photograph, signature, handwriting sample, and other required documents in JPG format.
- Step 5 – Pay Application Fee: Pay Rs. 400/- (General) or Rs. 200/- (Reserved/PwD MP domicile) via Credit/Debit Card, Internet Banking, or MP Online Kiosk.
- Step 6 – Submit & Save: Review all details before clicking Submit. Once submitted, note down your Application Form Number and keep a printout safely. This number will be required to download your Admit Card.
- Step 7 – Amendment (if required): If any correction is needed, visit the amendment link between 05 June 2026 and 24 June 2026. Amendment fee of Rs. 20/- + Rs. 40/- portal charges is applicable each time.
