Eligibility Criteria
- Any person from Superintending Engineer/General Manager position with at least 25 years experience in Power/Energy Sector (Distribution/Transmission/Generation) OR Director(s)/Head(s)/Dean(s)/HODs/Professors of top 200 NIRF institutions with 25 years technical background in Energy/Power OR CA/CS/CMA with 25 years experience.
- Must satisfy Companies Act 2013 Section 149(6) and 164.
- Must have a valid DIN.
- Must have IICA Databank registration and proficiency test.
- Preferably based in Bhopal.
Salary / Stipend
Sitting fee Rs. 10000 per Board Meeting, Rs. 5000 per Committee Meeting
