- Reservation for PwBD candidates is applicable as per extant Government of India rules

NBEMS Research Associate Salary / Pay Scale 2026
Selected candidates will receive a lump-sum monthly consolidated remuneration as below, with statutory deductions made as applicable. No DA, HRA, or other government allowances apply, since these are contractual, non-regular positions.
- Research Associate-I posts: ₹50,000/- per month (consolidated)
- Research Associate-II posts (Finance & Accounts, Cyber Security): ₹95,000/- per month (consolidated)
- Annual increment: up to 5% of remuneration as a ceiling, on satisfactory completion of one year, subject to a case-by-case performance review
Maximum Duration of Engagement
Extension in each case is subject to the continued requirement of the post at NBEMS and satisfactory performance evaluation by the reporting officer and Head of the Department. The engagement does not confer any right to regularization or permanent absorption.
