- Associate Professor (Sports Medicine): MD/DNB (Sports Medicine) recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC), or MS (Orthopaedics)/MD (Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation) with at least 2 years’ experience in Sports Medicine; minimum 4 years’ experience as Assistant Professor in a related field at an NMC-recognized institution; at least two research publications as per NMC norms; completion of Basic Course in Medical Education Technology (MET) and Basic Course in Biomedical Research (BMR).
- Assistant Professor (Sports Coaching – Athletics): Master’s degree with 55% marks in Sports Coaching or a relevant/allied subject, OR M.P.Ed./M.Sc. (Sports Sciences)/M.S.S./M.P.E.S. with 55% marks plus a Diploma/PG Diploma in Sports Coaching in Athletics. NET/SLET/SET is not required for the Sports Coaching discipline.
Non-Teaching Posts
- Deputy Controller of Examinations: Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks; minimum 9 years’ experience as Assistant Professor at Academic Level-10 and above with experience in educational administration, OR comparable research/higher-education experience, OR at least 5 years as Assistant Registrar or equivalent at Level-10.
- Assistant Librarian: Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science with at least 55% marks and a consistently good academic record; must qualify NET/SLET/SET or an equivalent UGC-approved national-level test.
- Section Officer: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; three years’ experience as Assistant/Assistant Section Officer (ASO) in Level 6, or eight years as UDC in Level 4, in a Central/State Government body, university, PSU or autonomous institution; proficiency in computer operation, noting and drafting.
- Private Secretary: Bachelor’s Degree; three years’ experience as Personal Assistant in a Central/State Government, university, research establishment or PSU; knowledge of computer applications. Desirable: stenography speed of 120 wpm (English) or 100 wpm (Hindi).
- Assistant Section Officer: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; three years’ experience as UDC in Level 4 in a Government/PSU/autonomous body, OR three years in administrative/academic/finance roles (two years in a higher-education institution); proficiency in typing, computer applications, noting and drafting.
- Physiotherapist: Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university; four years’ experience in physiotherapy at a government or recognized hospital with at least 100 beds.
- Accountant: B.Com with at least second division, or M.Com/MBA; three years’ experience in finance and accounts in a Government/PSU/autonomous body or higher-education institution; knowledge of Tally, PFMS and other financial software.
- Library Assistant (Withdrawn): This post has been cancelled; qualification details are no longer applicable.
- Nursing Attendant: 10+2 or equivalent; Diploma in GNM/ANM or equivalent; two years’ experience in a government or recognized hospital with 100 beds. B.Sc. Nursing is desirable.
Age Limit
