Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 40 Years
• Maximum Age: 65 Years
• Age will be calculated as on 01 June 2026.
• No age relaxation is available for any category.

Educational Qualification

Work Experience

• Candidates must have minimum 15 years of experience in construction and project management of buildings.
• At least 5 years of experience should be in CPWD, CPSUs or similar government organizations.
• For Level 2 Civil post, experience should be in a role not below Assistant Executive Engineer rank.
• For Level 3 Civil and Electrical posts, experience should be in a role not below Executive Engineer rank.

Monthly Salary

The selection committee may fix higher initial compensation based on qualification, experience and skill set. The range is ₹2,40,000 to ₹3,40,000 for Level 2 and ₹3,10,000 to ₹4,10,000 for Level 3.

Contract Period

• The appointment will be on a full-time contract basis.
• Initial contract period is 3 years.
• The contract may be extended further for up to 2 more years on mutual agreement.
• The extension will depend on performance and other parameters decided by the Bank.

Selection Process

The selection process for RBI Site Engineer Recruitment 2026 will include preliminary screening or shortlisting by a Screening Committee, followed by document verification and interview.
