- Explain charges, payment options, and insurance details to patients.
- Review and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and insurance remittances.
- Assist patients with payment status, account balances, and claim-related inquiries.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams to resolve patient concerns.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

- Experience in US Healthcare AR Calling.
- Good understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
