• Process claims, handle incoming calls, make outgoing calls, and take appropriate actions as per process guidelines.
• Understand and follow professional standards, established procedures, and company policies before making decisions.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by meeting turnaround time (TAT), quality standards, and client SLAs.
• Apply company policies to resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate managerial team when required.
• Accurately update customer records in the company’s platform.
• Handle administrative and customer service activities, including reviewing, investigating, adjusting, remitting, or denying claims in accordance with company policies.
