SVSU Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria
- Skill Professor – Computer Science and Engineering/IT: Ph.D. degree in relevant field and First class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level; Minimum 10 years’ experience in teaching/research/industry out of which at least 3 years at Associate Professor level; At least 6 research publications at Associate Professor level and at least 2 successful Ph.D. guided OR 10 research publications.
- Skill Professor – Management: Ph.D. degree in relevant field and First class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level; Minimum 10 years’ experience in teaching/research/industry out of which at least 3 years at Associate Professor level; At least 6 research publications at Associate Professor level and at least 2 successful Ph.D. guided OR 10 research publications.
- Skill Professor – Nursing: M.Sc. Nursing; Total 12 Years’ experience with M.Sc. (Nursing) out of which 10 years teaching experience after M.Sc. (Nursing); Ph.D. (Nursing) desirable.
- Skill Professor – Pharmacy: B.Pharm.; Registration as pharmacist; Ph.D. with First Class at Bachelor’s or Master’s; 10 years experience at Lecturer level; Research score 120 OR industry equivalent.
- Skill Professor – Physiotherapy: Master Degree in Physiotherapy with Total 10 years’ experience; Ph.D. desirable; Published work in peer-reviewed journals desirable.
- Skill Professor – Visual Arts: Doctoral degree; 10 years experience in teaching/research at University/National level; 6 research publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals; Research score 120.
- Skill Professor – Fine Arts: Doctoral degree; 10 years experience in teaching/research at University/National level; 6 research publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals; Research score 120.
- Skill Professor – Performing Arts: Doctoral degree; 10 years experience; 6 research publications; Research score 120 OR traditional/professional artist with Master’s, A-grade artist of AIR/Doordarshan, 10 years outstanding achievements.
- Skill Professor – Tourism: Ph.D. in relevant discipline; 10 research publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals; Research score 120; 10 years teaching experience OR outstanding professional with 10 years experience.
- Skill Associate Professor – Agriculture: Ph.D. in relevant field; Master’s with 55% marks; 8 years experience equivalent to Assistant Professor; 7 publications in peer-reviewed/UGC/NAAS journals; Research score 75.
- Skill Associate Professor – Computer Science and Engineering/IT: Ph.D. in relevant field and First class at Bachelor’s or Master’s; 6 research publications in SCI/UGC/AICTE journals; 8 years experience out of which at least 2 years Post Ph.D.
- Skill Associate Professor – Fine Arts: Doctoral degree; High professional standard performing ability; 8 years experience equivalent to Assistant Professor; Significant contribution to knowledge with quality publications.
- Skill Associate Professor – Management: Ph.D. in relevant field and First class at Bachelor’s or Master’s; 6 research publications in SCI/UGC/AICTE journals; 8 years experience out of which at least 2 years Post Ph.D.
- Skill Associate Professor – Nursing: M.Sc. Nursing; Total 08 Years’ experience including 5 years teaching; Ph.D. (Nursing) desirable.
- Skill Associate Professor – Pharmacy: B.Pharm.; Registration as pharmacist; Ph.D. with First Class; 8 years experience at Lecturer level; Research score 75 OR industry equivalent.
- Skill Associate Professor – Physiotherapy: Master’s degree in Physiotherapy with eight years’ experience as Assistant Professor; Ph.D. and published work desirable.
